RETURNS

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, if in original condition and packaging. Furniture orders are final sale.

What if my merchandise is damaged?

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damages, we will replace damaged items promptly. Damaged shipments may be subject to a UPS damage claim, so please photograph and save the original packaging. If the product is damaged, contact us toll free at 855-741-1818 or email hello@gardesntorehome.com and we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up from you.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return something, please send it back to Gardenstore within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in original condition and packaging. Please be mindful that you are responsible for getting it to us in its original condition, so be careful with its packing. You will need to pay the cost of return shipping. SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?

In stock items usually ship within two business days (48 hours) from when you place your order. You should receive the order within 7 business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location.

CANCELING AN ORDER

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email to hello@gardenstore.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
